They have a wealth of IT experience and have their favourite areas of interest. However, everyone at Get Support has one thing in common - they all excel when it comes to talking to customers, providing first-class technical advice in plain English.

James Craddock, Managing Director
James Craddock

James Craddock founded Get Support. He grew up in west London and started working for an IT business in the home counties at the age of 16. Having always found IT easy and fun, James quickly came to develop the skills to look after small business customers where their core team members weren't IT experts. They didn't care about their computers. They just wanted them to work!

In February of 2000 James founded Get Support; self-employed at first, he grew the business on his own. Maintaining a very personal, high standard of customer service throughout the years.

James explains, "Get Support is about long term relationships, building trust and becoming an essential part of our customer's team. Making sure we're always there when we're needed, while working hard behind the scenes to proactively maintain and support our customer's infrastructure ensuring that constantly firefighting IT problems is consigned to the past".

In his free time, James has a keen interest in music, radio and food.

Rohan Lumer-Raybould joined James in 2006. After completing his degree in Physics at Oxford University, Rohan headed up the operation for an outsourced quality management company at the BMW Plant who provided Quality Assurance Engineers to BMW and Quality Management services to the supply chain. He was responsible for a team of up to 35 people delivering excellent service and rigorous quality management.

At Get Support Rohan was instrumental in helping to build a team to support the customers and develop systems to maintain quality and excellence, as the business continued to grow.

In 2009, Rohan became a partner and Get Support IT Services Limited was incorporated. Today he is the Operations Director and maintains the high-quality service our customers expect.

In his free time, Rohan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
